Brazuca 2025 Chevrolet Silverado 2500HD Build
Brazuca isn't exactly a Silverado that blends in.
This 2025 Chevrolet Silverado 2500HD has been built around a 6.5-inch BDS suspension upgrade with FOX 2.5 coil-over conversion, sitting on huge 40-inch Maxxis RAZR tyres and Method 305NV wheels. Up front, The Raven Front Bar and a serious STEDI lighting package add to the presence, with a Trail Max roof rack and a stack of supporting upgrades rounding out the build.
40s and Method Wheels
Brazuca runs 40x13.50R20 Maxxis RAZR MT772 tyres on 20x10 Method 305NV wheels with a -18 offset, giving the Silverado a seriously imposing stance.
Bushwacker Extend Flares provide the extra coverage, finished with Pro 4x4 front and rear mudflap brackets and mudflaps, of course.
Suspension and Capability
Behind that wheel and tyre setup is a BDS 6.5-inch suspension upgrade with FOX 2.5 coil-over conversion.
An airbag helper kit has also been fitted, along with a GVM upgrade and NB2 upgrade.
Front Bar and Lighting
Up front, this 2025 Chevy Silverado 2500HD is fitted with The Raven Front Bar, with the Silverado’s factory lighting reconnected as part of the installation.
The lighting setup includes:
- 3 × STEDI Type-X EVO driving lights
- STEDI 40.5-inch light bar
- Side work lights
- Rear work lights
Roof Rack and Communications
Brazuca is also fitted with a Trail Max Roof Rack System, along with a GME XRS-375C4P UHF kit for communications.
