2026 Chevy Silverado 2500HD Build
This 2026 Chevrolet Silverado 2500HD came into our Gold Coast workshop in Ormeau for a complete build, bringing together suspension, protection, lighting, touring capability, electrical upgrades and some serious finishing touches.
Suspension, Wheels and Tyres
The 2026 Chevrolet Silverado 2500HD was fitted with BDS 3-inch Performance Elite Suspension, along with a Pro 4x4 custom wheel and tyre package.
Colour-coded Bushwacker Extend flares were fitted to complement the new setup, with an automatic rear airbag helper system and Apex Designs Rapid Precision Valves also installed.
Upgrades included:

Bull Bar, Winch and Lighting
This setup includes an Addictive Desert Designs Bomber bull bar, Carbon Tank 15,000lb winch and Baja Designs lighting package, with the Silverado's factory lighting also reconnected.

- A.D.D. Bomber Bull Bar
- Carbon Tank 15,000lb 12V Winch
- 5 × Baja Designs LP6 Driving Lights
- 2 × Baja Designs Fog Lights
- Silverado Factory Light Reconnect
12V and Touring Upgrades
The 2026 Chevrolet Silverado 2500HD was also fitted with a range of 12V, touring and communication upgrades, including:
- Pro 4x4 Custom Weekender Battery System
- Switch-Pros SP9100 Switch Panel Power System
- 12V Anderson plug at the towbar
- GME XRS370-C4P UHF Radio
- Dual antennas mounted behind the cabin
- Titan Long Range Fuel Tank
