Aaron and Danielle's Chevrolet Silverado 2500HD Build
This Chevrolet Silverado 2500HD was built with serious capability in mind, combining a federally approved ORI 6000kg GVM upgrade with a 6.5-inch BDS/Fox suspension setup, 37-inch Toyo Open Country tyres and a Norweld Elite Tray package.
The build was finished with onboard air, protection, lighting and a range of Pro 4x4 upgrades from front to back.
Suspension, GVM, Wheels and Tyres
At the centre of the build is a federally approved ORI 6000kg GVM upgrade, paired with a 6.5-inch BDS/Fox suspension upgrade.
The Silverado was fitted with 18-inch KMC IMS wheels and 37-inch Toyo Open Country tyres, along with airbag helpers and an onboard air system.

Front Bar, Winch and Lighting
The front end of the Silverado 2500HD received a combination of protection, recovery equipment and upgraded lighting, designed to complement the truck's overall setup.
A Raven front bar provides the foundation for the front-end upgrades, incorporating a Carbon 15K winch for recovery capability and a STEDI lighting package for improved visibility.

Norweld Elite Tray
The factory tub was replaced with a Norweld Elite Tray package, giving the Silverado 2500HD a more practical and versatile rear-end setup.
The tray features colour-coded sides and toolbox doors, tying the entire setup into the Silverado's factory paintwork for a clean, cohesive finish. It's a detail that makes a big difference to the overall appearance, giving the truck a custom-built look rather than an aftermarket add-on.
Beyond the appearance, the Norweld Elite Tray provides a durable aluminium platform with flexible load space for tools, equipment and gear. Combined with the truck's 6000kg GVM upgrade and upgraded suspension, it's a setup that balances everyday practicality with the capability expected from a heavy-duty Silverado.

Finishing off the build are ORI electric side steps, Husky Liner flares and a Pro 4x4 mudflap kit.
